Board directors support our local food banks with their weekly operation, fundraising, community outreach, and more.

“It takes a team to make this work possible” says JCFBA President Mike Langenbach. The JCFBA board is made up of the volunteer food bank managers of each of our county food banks as well as community members who share a commitment to improving food access for people experiencing hunger and food insecurity in our community. There are a total of twelve seats on the JCFBA board of directors, nine of which are currently filled. The board is seeking three new members to fill seats who have time for attending monthly meetings as well as skills to share. Grant writing, fundraising, website management, community relations and promotions are among the skills the JCFBA is seeking in its new members.
